Some properties require very little money down and other opportunities are so good that you can purchase an entire house from cash reserves rather than needing to arrange financing from a bank.

The U.S. Dollar is weak.

The world dynamics over the last few years combined with a weak US economy has resulted in a drop in the value of the US dollar. This means it is effectively costing much less to get into the US property market than it did previously.

Experts Advocate Real Estate Investing In the US.

Extensive research by property experts uncovered that when you look past the media speculation and just look at the facts, the US is regarded as a highly attractive and strong investment option for savvy international investors.

One very highly regarded research body is the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE). According to their 16th annual survey, last year the U.S. rose to the top of the lists for:

  • No# 1 country that is the “most stable and secure” for real estate investment and
  • No# 1 country with the best opportunity for appreciation.

The Opportunity is Diminishing.

The reality is that the market in the US will recover. Signs of a recovery are already showing. House prices in the foreclosure property market are already beginning to creep upwards.

Many market experts anticipate that the window for the current outstanding opportunity will disappear over the next 12-18 months.
